Abstract
Objective To review the existing research on the treatment of stroke with Dachuanxiong oral liquid conduct a"6+1"dimensional clinical evidence and comprehensive value evaluation,and highlight the advantages and characteristics of Dachuanxiong oral liquid.Methods A scientific and standardized qualitative and quantitative data integration analysis and comprehensive judgment will be conducted around the"6+1"dimensions of drug safety,effectiveness,economy,suitability,accessibility,innovation,and traditional Chinese medicine characteristic technologies.Results Dachuangxiong oral liquid is an exclusive variety with good safety and low incidence of adverse reactions;It has a good therapeutic effect on stroke and blood stasis headache,and has a significant therapeutic effect on the recovery period of stroke;The price is at a moderate level and has been systematically analyzed to have good economic viability.This product has a long history of inheritance,wide clinical applications,prominent traditional Chinese medicine characteristics,and has a certain degree of innovation.Easy to carry and use of drugs,clear drug labels,and good patient compliance;This variety has abundant raw material resources,which can ensure supply and wide sales coverage.Comprehensive analysis shows that the suitability and accessibility of the drug are good.Conclusion Dachuanxiong oral liquid has a definite therapeutic effect and good safety on stroke precursors and stroke recovery period.This product has outstanding clinical value and traditional Chinese medicine characteristics.关键词
