Abstract
Objective To evaluate the cost-effectiveness of Hua-Feng-Dan in the treatment of Stroke.Methods With Huatuo Zaizao Pill as a contrast,the literature on the treatment of Stroke by Hua-Feng-Dan and Huatuo Zaizao Pill was reviewed and analyzed.Based on the decision tree model,the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio(ICER)was calculated from the perspective of health care system,and the stability of basic analysis results was tested by single factor sensitivity analysis.Results The weighted average effective rate of Hua-Feng-Dan was 93.82%,and the weighted average effective rate of Huatuo Zaizao pill was 87.34%.The clinical effective rate of Hua-Feng-Dan was significantly better,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Cost-effectiveness analysis showed that the effective rate of Hua-Feng-Dan in the treatment of stroke was 6.48%higher than that of Huatuo Zaizao Pill,and the treatment cost has increased by 56.25 yuan.ICER value of the two groups was 56.45 yuan.Taking the per capita disposable income of 39,218 yuan in 2023 as the reference threshold for basic analysis,ICER was less than 0.14%of per capita disposable income.The results of single factor sensitivity analysis showed that the top three parameters that had the greatest impact on ICER were the clinical effective rate of Huatuo Zaizao pill combined with conventional treatment,the clinical effective rate of Hua-Feng-Dan combined with conventional treatment and the cost of Hua-Feng-Dan,respectively.Conclusion Compared with Huatuo Zaizao Pill,Hua-Feng-Dan is an effective and economical treatment for Stroke.关键词
