通络开痹片治疗类风湿关节炎的成本-效果
Cost-effectiveness of Tongluo Kaibi Tablets in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Abstract
Objective To compare the economic efficacy of Tongluo Kaibi tablets combined with basic therapy versus Wangbi capsules combined with basic therapy in the treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis(RA).Methods Based on a whole-of-society perspective,the real world research data of Tongluo Kaibi tablets and Wangbi capsules were obtained,and the clinical effects of Tongluo Kaibi tablets and Wangbi capsules were compared.The prices of two drugs were obtained from the data of Drugwise,and the decision tree model was established by using Treeage Pro2018.2.1 software to calculate the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio(ICER),and the economy of the two drugs was compared by single factor sensitivity analysis.Results When the proportion of subjects who achieved or maintained clinical remission or low disease activity(DAS28 score≤3.2 points)at the 12th week was taken as the outcome index,the incremental cost and effect of Tongluo Kaibi tablets group were-436.38 yuan and 14.00%respectively,and the ICER value of the two groups was-31.17 yuan.The cost of Tongluo Kaibi Tablets group is lower and the effect is better than that of the control group(Wangbi capsules group),so the basic treatment of Tongluo Kaibi tablets loading is an absolute advantage.Univariate sensitivity analysis showed that when the DAS28 score≤3.2 was used as the outcome index,the cost of Tongluo Kaibi tablets group and Wangbi capsules group had a significant impact on the results,and the target proportion of patients in the two groups had little impact on the results.Conclusion It is concluded that the basic treatment of Tongluo Kaibi tablets loading has an economic advantage in terms of the target ratio(DAS28 score≤3.2 points)in the treatment of RA,and it is an absolute advantage program.关键词
