摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Xiefeitongluo Decoction combined with conventional treatment on children with lobar pneumonia caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae.Methods A total of 84 children with lobar pneumonia caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae infection treated in Guilin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Xiefeitongluo decoction on the basis of conventional Western medicine.Inflammatory factors,TCM symptom score,clinical efficacy,and the time of symptom and sign resolution were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 week of treatment,the levels of procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in 2 groups were decreased(P＜0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the main disease score,secondary disease score and total score of two groups were decreased P＜0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The time for the symptoms of high fever,cough and sputum to disappear and the time for lung shadow to disappear in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Xiefeitongluo Decoction combined with conventional treatment can reduce the inflammatory response of children with lobar pneumonia caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae,and promote the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,improve clinical efficacy and promote the regression of clinical symptoms.关键词
