Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of intermittent oro-esophageal tube feeding(IOE)in gastrointestinal nutrition for patients with dysphagia.Methods Eighty patients with dysphagic disorder admitted to Gao'an People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2024 were selected and given IOE gastrointestinal nutrition.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method.40 patients in the control group underwent routine catheterization management,and 40 patients in the observation group underwent catheterization management through quality control circle mode.Catheterization,adverse events,nutritional status and improvement of swallowing function were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of good catheterization in the observation group was 62.50%,which was higher than 25.00%in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 5.00%,lower than 22.50%in the control group(P＜0.05).The serum total protein(TP)and albumin(ALB)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 2 weeks after intervention(P＜0.05);The scores of oral stage,pharyngeal stage,aspiration degree and total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion In IOE gastrointestinal nutrition patients with dysphagia,the implementation of quality control circle management can further improve the effect of catheterization,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,and further improve the nutritional status and swallowing function of patients.关键词
