Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of psychological nursing on the psychological state and examination success rate of patients undergoing right heart contrast echocardiography(RHCE).Methods Ninety patients admitted to Jiujiang First People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 to undergo RHCE examination were randomly divided into observation group(n=45)and control group(n=45)by computer numbering method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The psychological state of the two groups was compared,the success rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were examined,the level of vital signs and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results The scores of self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in both groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing(P＜0.05),and the scores of observation group were lower than those of control group(P＜0.05).The success rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).The respiratory rate,heart rate,systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of service attitude,professional level,empathy thinking,loving patience and inspection environment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing can significantly improve the psychological state of RHCE patients,increase the success rate of examinations,effectively maintain the stability of vital signs,and improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
