术前脉冲光联合睑板腺按摩对白内障合并MGD患者的临床疗效
Clinical Effect of Preoperative Pulsed Light Combined with Meibomian Gland Massage in the Treatment of Patients with Cataract Complicated with MGD

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of preoperative pulsed light combined with meibomian gland massage in the treatment of patients with cataract complicated with meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD).Method:A total of 100 patients with cataract complicated with MGD from February 2023 to June 2024 in Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=50)was treated with preoperative meibomian gland massage,the observation group(n=50)was treated with preoperative pulsed light combined with meibomian gland massage.Then the total effective rates for MGD,meibomian gland function score(discharge ability score,secretion trait score,and atrophy score),ocular surface situation[ocular surface disease index(OSDI)]and life quality[scale of quality of life for disease with vision impairment(SQOL-DVI)]before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate for MGD of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the discharge ability scores,secretion trait scores and atrophy scores,OSDI scores and SQOL-DVI scores of two groups before the treatment were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the discharge ability score,secretion trait score and atrophy score,OSDI scores of observation group at 1 week and 4 weeks after the operation were all significantly lower than those of control group,the SQOL-DVI scores were significantly significantly higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of preoperative pulsed light combined with meibomian gland massage in the treatment of patients with cataract complicated with MGD is better,and it is helpful to the control of adverse effects of cataract surgery for ocular state of patients and it has active improvement for related life quality.关键词
