可乐定透皮贴片联合硫必利治疗儿童抽动障碍的疗效分析
Therapeutic Effect of Clonidine Transdermal Patches Combined with Tiapride in the Treatment of Tic Disorders in Children

Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy of Clonidine Transdermal Patches combined with Tiapride in the treatment of children with tic disorder.Method:A total of 106 children with tic disorder admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into two groups with 53 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Clonidine Transdermal Patches and the observation group was treated with Clonidine Transdermal Patches combined with Tiapride.The clinical efficacy,drug onset time,disease control time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.The severity of tic disorder was also assessed before treatment and after 2,4,6,and 8 weeks of treatment.Result:Compared with the control group,the drug onset time in the observation group was earlier,the disease control time was shorter,and the total effective rate was higher(P<0.05).After 2,4,6 and 8 weeks of treatment,the severity scores of tic disorder in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of tic disorders in children with Clonidine Transdermal Patches combined with Tiapride has significant efficacy,which can reduce the severity of tic disorders,alleviate symptoms,and promote physical recovery,and the safety of single treatment and combination therapy is comparable.关键词
