tDCS联合喹硫平治疗青少年首发抑郁症的效果分析
Effect of tDCS Combined with Quetiapine in the Treatment of Adolescent First-episode Depression

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS)combined with Quetiapine on adolescent first-episode depression.Method:A total of 80 adolescent first-episode depression patients admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Yichun City from December 2023 to May 2024 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Quetiapine Fumarate Tablets,and the study group was treated with tDCS on the basis of the control group.Self-rating depression scale(SDS)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)were used to evaluate the depression status of the patients;symptom self-rating scale(SCL-90)was used to evaluate the mental symptoms of the patients.The sleep quality of patients was assessed by Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI).The total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in SDS,HAMD,SCL-90 and PSQI scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2,4,6 and 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of SDS,HAMD,SCL-90,PSQI in the control group were gradually decreased with the treatment cycle(P<0.05).After 1 week,2,4,6 and 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of SDS,HAMD,SCL-90,PSQI in the study group were gradually decreased with the treatment cycle,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Quetiapine combined with tDCS in the treatment of adolescent first-episode depression can better improve the depression,mental symptoms and sleep quality of patients,and the effect is faster,and there is no significant difference in adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical discussion.关键词
