rTMS配合语言分级训练在脑梗死后失语症患者中的应用效果
Application Effect of rTMS Combined with Graded Language Training in Patients with Aphasia after Cerebral Infarction

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)combined with graded language training in patients with aphasia after cerebral infarction.Method:From January 2023 to June 2024,80 patients with aphasia after cerebral infarction who received rehabilitation treatment at the Hongqi Hospital of Mudanjiang Medical University were selected.Using random number table method,they were grouped.The control group(40 cases)received graded language training,and the experimental group(40 cases)received rTMS on this basis.After 6 weeks of treatment,the two groups were compared in terms of efficacy,aphasia battery of chinese(ABC)scores,chinese functional communication profile(CFCP)scores,communication activities of daily living(CADL)scores,national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores and 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)scores before and after treatment.Result:The total effective rates in the experimental group and the control group were 92.50%and 75.00%,with a significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups showed significant increases in ABC,CFCP,CADL and SF-36 scores,moreover,above scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Both groups showed significant decreases in NIHSS scores,and NIHSS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:rTMS combined with graded language training can effectively improves relevant symptoms in patients with aphasia after cerebral infarction,promote the recovery of neurological function,and improve communication activities of daily living and the quality of life.关键词
