湿性愈合疗法结合射频治疗仪对压疮患者创口恢复效果、生活质量的影响
Effects of Wet Healing Therapy Combined with Radiofrequency Therapeutic Apparatus on Wound Recovery and Quality of Life in Patients with Pressure Sore

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of wet healing therapy combined with radiofrequency therapeutic apparatus in patients with pressure sore.Method:A total of 80 patients with pressure sore treated in the Second People's Hospital of Jingdezhen from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The conventional group(n=40)received wet healing therapy,and the combined group(n=40)received radiofrequency therapeutic apparatus combined with wet healing therapy intervention.The wound recovery effect,healing time and dressing changes times,and the area of pressure sore and quality of life[World Health Organization quality of life(WHOQOL-BREF)]were compared between the two groups.Result:The wound recovery effect of combined group was better than that of conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The healing time of the combined group was shorter than that of the conventional group,the dressing changes times was less than that of the conventional group,and the area of pressure sore after intervention was smaller than that of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the WHOQOL-BREF scores in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the WHOQOL-BREF scores in the combined group were higher than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Radiofrequency therapeutic apparatus combined with wet healing therapy intervention can effectively promote wound recovery of patients with pressure sore and improve their quality of life.关键词
