Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Dapagliflozin in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy patients.Method:A total of 70 patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical College from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into groups according to different treatment methods,among them,35 patients were treated with Dulaglutide,included in the control group,35 patients on the basis of control group combined Dapagliflozin,were included in the observation group.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose level,renal function index and safety of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postmeal plasma glucose(2 h PG)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and serum creatinine(Scr)in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dapagliflozin has shown good clinical efficacy in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy,which can not only improve the total effective rate of treatment,but also reduce the blood sugar and improve the renal function of patients,and has fewer adverse reactions and high safety.关键词
