Abstract
Objective:To explore the impact of early family-intensive behavioral intervention based on the verbal behavior milestone assessment and placement program(VB-MAPP)on the verbal behavior of children with autism spectrum disorder.Method:A total of 80 eligible children with autism spectrum disorder admitted to the Department of Child Care of Shangrao Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were randomly divided into two groups,40 children were trained in early education institutions or other special institutions as the control group,and 40 children were trained in early family-intensive behavioral intervention based on VB-MAPP as the observation group.The intervention lasted for 4 months in both groups.The relevant data and VB-MAPP scores of the two groups were statistically collected.Result:There were no significant differences in children gender,children age,family age and family education level between the two groups(P>0.05).The proportion of children with average family training time≥20 hours per week in the first 2 months and the last 2 months in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in the total milestone score,naming,request and listener response scores between the two groups(P>0.05),and after the intervention,the total milestone score,naming,request and listener response scores of the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early family-intensive behavior intervention based on VB-MAPP can improve VB-MAPP scores and help improve children's language behavior.关键词
