Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of Aegisy retrievable vena cava filter on blood routine indexes and the incidence of pulmonary embolism(PE)in patients with superior vena cava system thrombosis.Method:A total of 90 patients with superior vena cava system thrombosis treated in Zibo Expo High-tech Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into vena cava filter group(n=47)and conventional group(n=43)according to different treatment methods. The vena cava filter group was treated by Aegisy recyclable vena cava filter implantation. The conventional group only received conventional anticoagulation and thrombolytic therapy. The platelet count(PLT),hemoglobin(Hb),hematocrit(HCT),the cure rate of thrombosis and the incidence of PE were observed before and after treatment. The success rate, recovery rate and incidence of adverse reactions of filter implantation in the vena cava filter group were calculated.Result:All 47 patients who underwent Aegisy retrievable vena cava filter implantation successfully had filter implantation, with an implantation success rate of 100%,and only 1 patient had slight filter displacement after surgery. Before and after treatment, there were no significant differences in PLT,Hb and HCT between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the cure rate of thrombosis between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of PE in vena cava filter group was lower than that in conventional group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Of the 47 patients,31 underwent filter extraction 2 weeks after surgery,of which 28 patients were successfully removed, and the filter recovery rate was 90.32%(28/31).Conclusion:Compared with conventional treatment,Aegisy retrievable vena cava filter implantation has a better effect on the prevention of PE in patients with superior vena cava system thrombosis, and has less impact on platelet aggregation and bleeding, posing no threat to patients'liver, kidney and other organs.关键词
