疝气钩针协助单孔腹腔镜手术治疗腹股沟嵌顿性斜疝患儿效果

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of hernia crochet assisted single-hole laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of children with inguinal incarcerated oblique hernia.Method:A total of 113 children with inguinal incarcerated oblique hernia treated in Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to different surgical methods,including control group(n=56,traditional open surgery)and laparoscopic group(n=57,hernia crochet assisted single-hole laparoscopic surgery),and the relevant surgical indicators,serum inflammatory factors and the incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Follow up for 6 months,the recurrence rate of oblique hernia was recorded in both groups.Result:The operation time and hospital stay in laparoscopic group were shorter than those in control group,intraoperative blood loss in laparoscopic group was less than that in control group(P<0.05).Three days after surgery,the serum levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in laparoscopic group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The complication rate and recurrence rate in laparoscopic group were 7.02%and 0,respectively,which were lower than 19.64%and 10.71%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hernia crochet assisted single-hole laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of inguinal incarcerated oblique hernia has less trauma,faster postoperative recovery,and can effectively inhibit the inflammatory response of the body,reduce complications and the recurrence rate of oblique hernia in children.关键词
