盆底磁刺激联合间苯三酚治疗产后尿潴留的效果观察
Observation on the Effect of Pelvic Floor Magnetic Stimulation Combined with Phloroglucinol on Postpartum Urinary Retention

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of pelvic floor magnetic stimulation combined with Phloroglucinol on postpartum urinary retention.Method:A total of 80 parturient with postpartum urinary retention admitted to Dongkeng Hospital of Dongguan from June 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Phloroglucinol intravenous injection,and the study group was treated with pelvic floor magnetic stimulation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,residual bladder volume,quality of life,incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The residual bladder volume in both groups decreased 3 days after treatment,and that in the study group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).3 days after treatment,the scores of psychological function,social function and physiological function were increased in both groups,and all scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistical significances in total satisfaction and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of pelvic floor magnetic stimulation combined with Phloroglucinol on postpartum urinary retention is better than that of Phloroglucinol alone,which is of great significance for improving the quality of life of parturients.关键词
