小青龙汤对支气管哮喘患者神经肽物质及气道黏液高分泌的影响研究
Study on the Effects of Xiaoqinglong Decoction on Neuropeptide Substance and Airway Mucus Hypersecretion in Patients with Bronchial Asthma

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Xiaoqinglong Decoction on neuropeptide substance and airway mucus hypersecretion in patients with bronchial asthma.Method:A total of 160 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to Women and Children's Medical Center Affiliated to Guangzhou Medical University from October 2022 to September 2023 were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group received Xiaoqinglong Decoction on the basis of the control group.The control effect of bronchial asthma,pulmonary function indexes[forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and FEV1/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)],allergic reaction indexes[eosinophil(EOS)and immunoglobulin E(IgE)],neuropeptide substance[substance P(SP)and vasoactine intrestinal peptide(VIP)]and airway mucus hypersecretion indexes[mucin 5AC(MUC5AC)and mucin 1(MUC1)]before and after the treatment between two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in pulmonary function indexes,allergic reaction indexes,neuropeptide substance and airway mucus hypersecretion indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 1 course and 2 courses of treatment,the pulmonary function indexes and VIP in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,and the allergic reaction indexes,SP,MUC5AC and MUC1 were significantly lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Xiaoqinglong Decoction in patients with bronchial asthma is good,which can significantly improve neuropeptide substance and airway mucus hypersecretion state,reduce allergic reaction,and promote the recovery of pulmonary function.关键词
