中药足浴联合耳穴压豆辅助治疗痛性糖尿病周围神经病变的效果
Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine Foot Bath Combined with Auricular Point Pressing Therapy on Painful Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with auricular point pressing therapy in the treatment of painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy(PDPN).Method:A total of 76 patients with PDPN treated in the Endocrinology Department of Heze Municipal Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 38 patients in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment,the control group was given Lipoic Acid Injection combined with Mecobalamin Tablets,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with auricular point pressing therapy treatment on the basis of the control group.Blood glucose control before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,fasting plasma glucose(FPG)in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)level between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and Michigan neuropathy screening instruments(MNSI)scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV)and motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV)of median nerve and common peroneal nerve in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with auricular point pressing therapy in the treatment of PDPN is accurate,which is better than that of western medicine alone.It can not only effectively relieve pain,reduce the severity of the disease,improve nerve conduction speed,improve clinical efficacy,but also indirectly improve blood sugar control with high safety.关键词
