Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of Xiaoyao Powder combined with Suanzaoren Decoction in patients with menopausal insomnia.Method:A total of 96 patients with menopausal insomnia admitted to Yichun Emergency Rescue Center from December 2021 to February 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was additionally administered Xiaoyao Powder combined with Suanzaoren Decoction.The clinical efficacy,sleep quality,anxiety and depression,quality of life and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.86%,which was higher than 81.25%of the control group(P<0.05).The sleep time[(0.44±0.12)scores],fall asleep time[(0.50±0.13)scores],sleep quality[(0.84±0.25)scores],daytime dysfunction[(0.73±0.20)scores],sleep disorders[(0.82±0.17)scores],hypnotic drugs[(0.64±0.13)scores]and sleep efficiency[(0.75±0.15)scores]of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)[(40.26±5.85)scores],self-rating depression scale(SDS)[(42.56±6.84)scores],with vasomotor symptoms[(5.31±1.13)scores],physiological symptoms[(13.40±2.92)scores]psychological symptoms[(8.03±1.52)scores]and sexual life[(4.85±0.72)scores]of menopausal quality of life(MENQOL)were lower than those of the control group[(0.62±0.16),(0.78±0.17),(1.15±0.17),(1.11±0.22),(1.13±0.15),(0.82±0.14),(1.02±0.23),(48.07±6.24),(48.95±5.60),(6.91±1.42),(17.83±3.14),(10.91±2.06)and(6.33±1.14)scores],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in both groups during treatment.Conclusion:Xiaoyao Powder combined with Suanzaoren Decoction can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with menopausal insomnia,reduce insomnia,anxiety and depression,improve the quality of life,and high safety.关键词
