Effect of Warming Meridian and Clearing Collaterals Moxibustion Patch Acupoint Compound Heat Preservation on Body Temperature and Coagulation Status of Patients Undergoing Transurethral Resection of Prostate

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of warming meridian and clearing collaterals moxibustion patch acupoint compound heat preservation measures on body temperature and coagulation status of patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate.Method:A total of 120 patients underwent treated in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional heat preservation intervention measures,and the observation group was treated with warming meridian and clearing collaterals moxibustion patch acupoint compound heat preservation measures.Perioperative body temperature and coagulation status were compared between the two groups.Result:Before anesthesia,there was no statistically significant difference in body temperature between the two groups(P>0.05).At 30 min during surgery,60 min during surgery,the end of surgery and awakening,the body temperature of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of perioperative hypothermia and chills in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 48 h after surgery,coagulation time(K value)and reaction time(R value)of both groups were shorter than those before surgery,maximum amplitude(MA value)and agglutination velocity α(Angle-α)were higher than those before surgery,but R value and K value of the observation group were longer than those of the control group,MA value and Angle-α were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warming meridian and clearing collaterals moxibustion patch acupoint compound heat preservation measures can help to stabilize the body temperature of patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate,reduce the probability of hypothermia and chills,improve coagulation function,and effectively reduce the postoperative plasma hypercoagulability.关键词
