摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the preventive effect of surgical pipeline standardized management based on failure mode and effect analysis on unplanned extubation after gastrointestinal surgery patients.Method:A total of 60 patients with gastrointestinal surgery who were treated in Yingtan People's Hospital from January to November 2023 were selected as the study objects,30 patients who were treated from January to June 2023 were included in the conventional group, and 30 patients who were treated from July to November 2023 were included in the management group. The conventional group adopts conventional methods for management, and the management group adopts surgical pipeline standardized management based on failure mode and effect analysis.Risk priority number(RPN),risk prediction value, quality of life, incidence of unplanned extubation and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After 3 d of intervention, the scores of RPN in management group were significantly lower than those in conventional group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 d of intervention, the michigan PICC central line associated bloodstream infections(MPC)score in management group was significantly lower than that in conventional group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention, there was no significant difference in gastrointestinal quality of life index(GIQLI)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,GIQLI scores in both groups were higher than those before intervention, and that in management group was higher than that in conventional group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of unplanned extubation and the incidence of adverse reactions in the management group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The surgical pipeline standardized management based on failure mode and effect analysis can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the incidence of unplanned extubation and adverse reactions, which is conducive to postoperative recovery of patients.关键词
