摘要
Abstract
Colorectal cancer is the most common malignant tumor of the digestive system,the incidence of malignant tumors in the world ranks the third,the death rate is the second,and most of the discovery is late,causing a great threat to the life and health of patients.The emergence of immune checkpoint inhibitors has brought a new opportunity for systemic treatment of patients with advanced colorectal cancer,showing a good application prospect,and has become a new therapeutic strategy.This article aims to review the research status and progress of immune checkpoint inhibitors in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.关键词
