华蟾素调控结直肠癌肿瘤微环境的研究进展
Research Progress of Cinobufagin in Regulating Tumor Microenvironment of Colorectal Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Colorectal cancer(CRC)is one of the most common malignant tumors in the digestive system.Its occurrence and development not only depend on tumor parenchyma,but also is closely related to its survival environment,the tumor microenvironment(TME).With the deepening of anti-tumor research targeting TME,more and more studies have found that the treatment targeting TME has significant advantages,and Cinobufotalin can achieve anti-tumor effect by influencing TME.This article mainly reviews the effects of common components of tumor associated macrophages(TAMs)and T cells in CRC TME and Cinobufotalin on CRC TME.关键词
