扶正化瘀胶囊联合恩替卡韦治疗CHB肝硬化失代偿期的效果
Effect of Fuzheng Huayu Capsules Combined with Entecavir in the Treatment of CHB Cirrhosis in Decompensated

Abstract
Objective:To study the effects of Fuzheng Huayu Capsules combined with Entecavir on immune function and liver fibrosis in patients with decompensated chronic hepatitis B(CHB)cirrhosis.Method:Eighty patients with decompensated CHB cirrhosis who were treated at Yichun People's Hospital from February 2021 to November 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups by envelope method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given Entecavir and conventional treatment,and the TCM group was given Fuzheng Huayu Capsules in addition.The clinical indicators,symptom scores,peripheral blood T lymphocytes(CD4+,CD8+),CD4+/CD8+,serum hyaluronic acid(HA),type Ⅳ collagen(Ⅳ-C),type Ⅲ procollagen(PCⅢ),laminin(LN),total bilirubin(TBIL),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)were compared between the two groups before treatment and 6 months after treatment,the clinical total effective rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the 24 h urine volume of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the TCM group was higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the abdominal circumference,depth of ascites,scores of abdominal distension,fatigue,tarry stool,pale complexion and loss of appetite in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the TCM group were lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,HA,Ⅳ-C,PCⅢ,LN,TBIL and ALT in the two groups were all improved compared with those before treatment,and the TCM group were better,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the TCM group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Huayu Capsules combined with Entecavir is markedly effective in the treatment of decompensated CHB cirrhosis,it can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,improve immunity,inhibit progression to liver fibrosis,and improve liver function,with good safety.关键词
