Effect of Modified Sijunzi Decoction Combined with FOLFOX4 Regimen Chemotherapy on Serum Tumor Marker Levels and KPS Score in Patients with Advanced Colorectal Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of modified Sijunzi Decoction combined with FOLFOX4 chemotherapy on patients with advanced colorectal cancer.Method:A total of 60 patients with advanced colorectal cancer admitted to Ganzhou Cancer Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received FOLFOX4 regimen chemotherapy,and the observation group received modified Sijunzi Decoction treatment on the basis of the control group,all of which were treated for 4 courses.The clinical efficacy,tumor markers,immune function,health status and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199),CD8+in observation group were lower than those in control group,while CD3+,CD4+and Karnofsky functional status rating scale(KPS)score were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Sijunzi Decoction combined with FOLFOX4 regimen chemotherapy can inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells in advanced colorectal cancer patients,improve immunity,improve health level,and less adverse reactions.关键词
