Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of holmium laser lithotripsy under flexible ureteroscopy and hard ureteroscopy for patients with upper ureteral calculi.Method:A total of 116 patients with upper ureteral calculi admitted to Ulanqab Central Hospital were retrospectively analyzed and studied from January 2021 to January 2024.They were divided into experimental group(n=58)and control group(n=58)according to the difference of surgical protocols.The control group was treated with holmium laser lithotripsy under hard ureteroscopy,and the experimental group was treated with holmium laser lithotripsy under flexible ureteroscopy.The first operation stone clearance rate,postoperative recurrence rate,stress response index,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay and incidence of complications between the two groups were compared.Result:The first operation stone clearance rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in postoperative recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After operation,norepinephrine(NE),cortisol(Cor),C reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in experimental group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time and hospitalization time of experimental group were shorter than those of control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with holmium laser lithotripsy under hard ureteroscopy,holmium laser lithotripsy under flexible ureteroscopy can improve the first operative stone clearance rate,reduce the stress reaction caused by the operation,reduce the intraoperative blood loss,shorten the operation time and hospital stay,and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
