双黄连颗粒联合头孢呋辛、维生素C治疗外感风热证急性咽炎的临床效果及安全性分析

Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Shuanghuanglian Granules combined with Cefuroxime,Vitamin C for acute pharyngitis with pattern of external contraction of wind-heat.Method:A total of 60 patients with acute pharyngitis with pattern of external contraction of wind-heat admitted to Beijing Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from November 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment(Vitamin C+Cefuroxime),and the experimental group was given Shuanghuanglian Granules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pharyngodynia and TCM symptoms scores,inflammatory factors[C reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)]before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate were 100%in both groups.The clinical recovery rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,visual analogue scale(VAS)of pharyngodynia and TCM symptoms scores of experimental group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CRP and IL-6 in experimental group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There were no drug-related adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:Shuanghuanglian Granules combined with Cefuroxime,Vitamin C is effective in the treatment of acute pharyngitis with pattern of external contraction of wind-heat,which can effectively alleviate the pharyngodynia symptom and inflammatory reaction,and has high safety.关键词
