Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis(MIPPO)combined with locking compression plate(LCP)internal fixation in the treatment of patients with distal tibial fractures.Method:A total of 103 patients with distal tibial fracture admitted to Longnan First People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=53)by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional open reduction and internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with MIPPO+LCP internal fixation.Operative parameters,activity of daily living scale(ADL)score,treatment effect and postoperative complications between the two groups were compared.Result:The operation time and fracture healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before operation,there was no significant difference in ADL scores between the two groups(P>0.05).At 6 months after operation,the ADL score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the total complication rate was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:MIPPO+LCP internal fixation in the treatment of distal tibial fractures has a significant effect,which can help to improve the surgical process,reduce complications,effectively improve the ability of daily living,and improve the overall prognosis of patients.关键词
