Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling Capsules combined with Ceftriaxone Sodium in the treatment of patients with endometritis.Method:This study was completed by randomized comparison method.70 patients with endometritis who were admitted to the Obstetrics Department of Beijing Huairou Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were randomly divided into study group(n=35)and control group(n=35)by case random drawing method.The control group was treated with Ceftriaxone Sodium,while the study group was treated with Guizhi Fuling Capsules combined with Ceftriaxone Sodium.The clinical effect,duration of clinical symptom remission,WHOQOL-BREF scores,levels of correlation factors and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The clinical total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical symptom(lower abdominal pain,lower abdominal distension,abnormal leucorrhea)remission times of the study group were earlier than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the WHOQOL-BREF scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Guizhi Fuling Capsules combined with Ceftriaxone Sodium can effectively treat endometritis,rapidly relieve clinical symptoms,improve quality of life,reduce inflammation,and be safe to use.关键词
