Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of composite injury vertebral nail placement in the treatment of spinal fractures during pedicle screw internal fixation.Method:A total of 100 patients with spinal fractures treated at Beijing Huairou Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(traditional open posterior pedicle screw internal fixation)and a study group(composite injury vertebral nail placement during pedicle screw internal fixation)using a random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The clinical indicators,recovery of injured vertebrae,stress indicators,pain degree,functional recovery and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6 months after operation,the Cobb angle of kyphosis in the two groups were significantly lower than those before operation,and the ratio of anterior vertebral height were significantly higher than those before operation(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).At 1 day after operation,the levels of C reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in the two groups were higher than those before operation,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 6 months after operation,the visual analogue scale(VAS)and Oswestry disability index(ODI)scores of the two groups were lower than those before operation,and those of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of spinal fractures with composite vertebral fixation during pedicle screw internal fixation can improve the condition of the injured vertebrae,reduce stress response and pain,promote functional recovery,and have fewer complications.关键词
