组合型透析联合小剂量骨化三醇对维持性血液透析患者肾性骨病的治疗效果
Therapeutic Effect of Combination Dialysis Combined with Low-dose Calcitriol on Renal Osteopathy in Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of combination dialysis combined with low-dose Calcitriol on renal osteopathy in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Method:A total of 80 patients with maintenance hemodialysis and renal osteopathy who were diagnosed and treated in the First People's Hospital of Fuzhou were selected as the research subjects from October 2022 to August 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).The control group was treated with combination dialysis+Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D3,while the observation group was given combination dialysis+low-dose Calcitriol.The clinical efficacy,parathyroid hormone(PTH),blood calcium and blood phosphorus levels before treatment and after 3 and 6 months of treatment,renal function indexes after 6 months of treatment and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between both groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group,with a statistical significance(P<0.05).The levels of PTH and blood phosphorus in the two groups were decreased after 3 and 6 months of treatment,and the observation group had lower PTH and blood phosphorus compared to control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05),the levels of blood calcium were increased in both groups,and the levels in observation group were higher compared to control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the levels of serum creatinine(Scr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)were declined in the two groups,and the levels in observation group were lower compared to control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05),albumin(ALB)levels in both groups were increased,and observation group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions revealed no statistical significance between both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Combination dialysis combined with low-dose Calcitriol can effectively treat renal osteopathy in patients with maintenance hemodialysis,improve PTH,blood calcium and blood phosphorus levels and renal function,and it has safety.关键词
