ESPCS干预对膝关节置换术后患者疼痛灾难化认知的影响
Effect of ESPCS Intervention on Pain Catastrophic Cognition in Patients after Knee Arthroplasty

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of ESPCS intervention on the catastrophic cognition of pain in patients after knee arthroplasty.Method:A total of 60 patients who underwent knee arthroplasty in Department of Orthopedics,PLA Joint Logistic Support Force 904 Hospital Changzhou Medical District from May 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given ESPCS intervention on the basis of routine care.The pain catastrophizing scale(PCS),knee function scale(Lysholm score),Tampa scale for kinesiophobia(TSK)and rehabilitation training adherence scale were used to evaluate the two groups at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after surgery,respectively.Result:Before intervention,there were no significant differences in PCS score,Lysholm score,TSK score and rehabilitation training compliance score between the two groups(P>0.05).At 1 month,3 months and 6 months after surgery,the PCS score and TSK score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the Lysholm score and rehabilitation training compliance score were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:ESPCS intervention can effectively reduce the pain catastrophic cognition of patients after knee arthroplasty,improve knee joint function and exercise fear,and is conducive to improving rehabilitation compliance,which has clinical promotion value.关键词
