接纳承诺疗法在头颈部恶性肿瘤放疗患者口腔护理中的应用效果
Application Effect of Acceptance Commitment Therapy in Oral Care of Patients with Head and Neck Malignant Tumors Radiotherapy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of acceptance commitment therapy in oral care of patients with head and neck malignant tumor radiotherapy.Method:A total of 84 patients with head and neck malignant tumor radiotherapy admitted to the Oncology Department of Nanjing Gaochun People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were randomly divided into two groups,with 42 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the study group added acceptance commitment therapy on the basis of the control group.The degree of oral mucosa injury,psychological state,self-efficacy and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result:The occurrence time of oral mucosal injury in the study group was later than that in the control group,and the degree of oral mucosal injury was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of the Chinese version of depression anxiety and stress scale(DASS-21)in both groups were lower than those before intervention,the scores of the Chinese version of the strategies used by people to promote health(SUPPH)and the MOS item short form health survey(SF-36)were higher than those before intervention,and the DASS-21 scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,SUPPH and SF-36 scores were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acceptance commitment therapy in oral care for head and neck malignant tumors radiotherapy can reduce the degree of oral mucosa injury,regulate psychological state,and improve self-efficacy and quality of life.关键词
