音乐疗法联合膝关节CPM训练在全膝关节置换术后早期的应用效果
Application Effect of Music Therapy Combined with Knee CPM Training in the Early Stage after Total Knee Arthroplasty

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of music therapy combined with knee continuous passive mention(CPM)training in the early stage after total knee arthroplasty.Method:A total of 42 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to Qiandongnan People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected.According to the intervention measures,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 21 cases in each group.All patients underwent total knee arthroplasty.The control group received routine rehabilitation training after surgery,and the observation group received knee CPM training and music therapy intervention based on routine rehabilitation training after surgery.Knee pain degree,anxiety degree,sleep quality and knee motion range were statistically analyzed in the two groups before surgery and 1,3 and 5 d after surgery.Result:On the 1,3 and 5 d after operation,the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating sleep status scale(SRSS)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the maximum knee bending angle at operative side were larger than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the early stage after total knee replacement,music therapy combined with knee CPM training can relieve knee pain,reduce anxiety,improve sleep quality,improve knee motion range,and promote faster and better recovery of patients.关键词
