摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of vacuum sealing drainage technology(VSD)combined with short-term intensive insulin in the treatment of patients with acute soft tissue injury complicated with diabetes mellitus.Method:A total of 102 patients with acute soft tissue injury complicated with diabetes mellitus admitted to Ningde City Hospital Affiliated to Ningde Normal University from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into control group and study group based on random number table method, with 51 cases in each group. The control group received routine debridement and dressing change intervention, and the study group received VSD combined with short-term intensive insulin intervention. The therapeutic effect, laboratory indexes and complication rate of the two groups were compared and observed.Result:The wound healing time, blood glucose control time of the study group were earlier than those of the control group, antibiotic usage time and hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group, the visual analogue scale(VAS)score after 3 d of treatment was lower than that of the control group, and the number of dressing changes was less than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,interleukin-6(IL-6),transforming growth factor β(TGF-β),C reactive protein(CRP)and white blood cell count(WBC)in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:VSD combined with short-term intensive insulin can effectively control the blood glucose level in patients with acute soft tissue injury complicated with diabetes mellitus, avoid further aggravating the infection and damage, and accelerate the recovery process of damaged tissues.关键词
