针刺肌筋膜激痛点治疗亚急性期带状疱疹神经痛的效果
Effect of Acupuncture Myofascial Trigger Points in the Treatment of Subacute Herpetic Neuralgia

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture myofascial trigger points(MTrPs)in the treatment of subacute herpetic neuralgia(SHN).Method:A total of 90 patients with SHN admitted to the Second Nanning People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 45 cases in each group.Both groups were given the same basic treatment,the control group was treated with nerve block,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture MTrPs on the basis of the control group.The numerical rating scale(NRS)scores and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),the propertion of NRS score>3 scores 3 months after treatment and the daily dosage of Gabapentin and Oxycodone and Acetaminophen and adverse reactions in the two groups were recorded.Result:During the 3-month follow-up period,3 patients in the control group and 4 patients in the observation group dropped out due to pain or other reasons,and 83 patients finally completed the study.Compared with 1 day before treatment,the NRS and PSQI scores of the two groups after 1 week,4 weeks and 3 months of treatment were decreased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the NRS and PSQI scores of the observation group were lower 1 week,4 weeks and 3 months of treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the propertion of NRS score>3 scores after 3 months of treatment between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The daily dosage of Gabapentin and Oxycodone and Acetaminophen in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse events such as pneumothorax and infection occurred in both groups.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.303,P=0.021).Conclusion:Acupuncture MTrPs in the treatment of SHN has obvious pain relieving effect,can improve the sleep quality of patients,and has high safety.关键词
