早产儿视网膜病变患儿家庭坚韧性调查及影响因素分析
Investigation of Family Hardiness and Analysis of Influencing Factors in Children with Retinopathy of Prematurity

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the family hardiness of children with retinopathy of prematurity(ROP)and its influencing factors.Method:A total of 70 children with ROP and their family members who were admitted to Jiujiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects.According to the family hardiness index(FHI)score,the children were divided into high group(FHI scores>50 points,n=47)and low group(FHI scores≤50 points,n=23).The psychological status,coping style,self-efficacy and general information of the two groups were compared,and the influencing factors of family hardiness were analyzed.Result:There were statistically significant differences in psychological status,coping style,self-efficacy score,clinical stage,family age,family education level,work status,per capita monthly income,whether chronic diseases were combined,and medical expense payment method between the two groups(P<0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that clinical stage,family education level,work status,medical expense payment method,per capita monthly income,and combined chronic diseases were the independent risk factors affecting family hardiness of children with ROP(P<0.05).Conclusion:The family tenacity of children with ROP is affected by the severity of the disease,the family's education level,work status,per capita monthly income and other factors.关键词
