Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of continuous blood purification and plasmapheresis in the adjuvant treatment of hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis(HLH).Method:A total of 50 children with HLH treated in Guiyang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group received basic treatment,and the observation group received continuous blood purification and plasmapheresis on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10),interleukin-12(IL-12)and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.00%,which was higher than 60.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(字2=5.094,P=0.024).After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-10 and IL-12 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 16.00%,which was lower than 48.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(字2=5.882,P=0.015).Conclusion:Continuous blood purification and plasmapheresis have good effect in the adjuvant treatment of HLH children,which can significantly reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and reduce the incidences of complications.关键词
