李氏杵针法与双橘颗粒联合聚焦超声消融术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果
The Clinical Effect of Li's Pestle Needle Therapy and Shuangju Granules Combined with Focused Ultrasound Ablation Surgery in the Treatment of Uterine Fibroids

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of Li's pestle needle method and Shuangju Granules combined with focused ultrasound ablation surgery(FUAS)in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Method:A total of 110 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received FUAS treatment,while the observation group received additional treatment with Li's pestle needle therapy combined with Shuangju Granules in addition to the control group.The clinical efficacy,serum related indicators[serum matrix metallo proteinase-9(MMP-9),insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-I),and epidermal growth factor(EGF)],quality of life[generic quality of life inventory 74(GQOLI-74)],and incidence of adverse reactions in two groups were compared.Result:Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher total effective rate of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower MMP-9,IGF-I,and EGF indicators after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher GQOLI-74 scores,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Li's pestle needle method and Shuangju Granules with FUAS is effective in treating uterine fibroids.It can reduce the volume of fibroids,lower serological indicators,promote the improvement of patients'quality of life.关键词
