Abstract
Objective:To analyze clinical efficacy of Xuebijing Injection complicated with HA330 hemoperfusion in patients with acute sepsis complicated with acute kidney injury(AKI).Method:A total of 83 patients with acute sepsis complicated with AKI admitted to Hezhou People's Hospital from June 2022 to November 2023 were retrospectively included.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(n=43)(conventional therapy+blood flow perfusion therapy),study group(n=40)(Xuebijing Injection combined with HA330 hemoperfusion).The levels of inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),procalcitonin(PCT)and serum interleukin-6(IL-6)],renal function[blood urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Scr),cystatin C(Cys C)],length of hospital stay,time for urine output to return to normal,abdominal pressure and bowel sounds were compared between groups.Result:Before treatment,TNF-α,PCT,IL-6,renal function indexes,abdominal pressure level and voice frequency were not different(P>0.05);hospital stay and time for urine output to return to normal in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),after 7 days of treatment,TNF-α,PCT,IL-6,BUN,Scr and Cys C in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the abdominal pressure level in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the frequency of bowel sounds was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuebijing Injection combined with HA330 hemoperfusion can effectively reduce inflammatory factors and prognosis time in patients with acute sepsis complicated with AKI,improve renal function,abdominal pressure level and intestinal ringing frequency.关键词
