眼针结合复方樟柳碱注射液对前部缺血性视神经病变患者视力恢复及MR-DTI参数的影响
Effects of Eye Acupuncture Combined with Compound Anisodine Hydrobromide Injection on Visual Acuity Recovery and MR-DTI Parameters in Patients with Anterior Ischemic Optic Neuropathy

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of eye acupuncture combined with Compound Anisodine Hydrobromide Injection on visual acuity recovery and magnetic resonance imaging-diffusion tensor imaging(MR-DTI)parameters in patients with anterior ischemic optic neuropathy(AION).Method:A total of 105 AION patients admitted to Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to February 2024 were selected and divided into the combined group(n=53)and the western medicine group(n=52)according to random number table method.The western medicine group was given Compound Anisodine Hydrobromide Injection,and the combined group was treated with eye acupuncture on the basis of the western medicine group.TCM symptoms score,clinical efficacy,best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),visual field mean defect(MD),visual field mean sensitivity(MS),partial anisotropy(FA),radial diffusivity(λ⊥),axial diffusivity(λ//),apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in TCM syndromes score,BCVA,MD,MS,FA,λ⊥,λ//and ADC between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of combined group was higher than that of western medicine group(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,BCVA,MS and FA in both groups were higher than those before treatment,TCM syndromes score,MD,λ⊥ and ADC were lower than those before treatment,and BCVA,MS and FA in the combined group were higher than those in the western group,TCM syndromes score,MD,λ⊥ and ADC were lower than those in the western group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in λ//after 14 days of treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Eye acupuncture combined with Compound Anisodine Hydrobromide Injection can effectively improve the visual acuity and MR-DTI parameters of AION patients,with significant clinical efficacy and good safety.关键词
