基于"浊毒-微生态"理论的健脾清化散瘀饮联合八段锦治疗糜烂性胃炎效果观察
Observation on the Effect of Jianpi Qinghua Sanyu Decoction Combined with Baduanjin in Treating Erosive Gastritis Based on the Theory of"Turbid Toxin-Microecology"

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Qinghua Sanyu Decoction combined with Baduanjin in treating erosive gastritis based on the theory of"turbid toxin-microecology".Method:A total of 60 patients with erosive gastritis were selected from Ji'an Central People's Hospital from October 2023 to April 2024.They were randomly divided into a control group of 30 cases(treated with conventional western medicine)and an observation group of 30 cases(treated with Jianpi Qinghua Sanyu Decoction combined with Baduanjin).The main symptom scores before and after treatment for 3 months,the efficacy after treatment,and the levels of inflammatory factors in gastric mucosa before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:After 3 months of treatment,the scores of appetite loss,epigastric pain,and fullness symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-8(IL-8)and interleukin-10(IL-10)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on the theory of"turbid toxin-microecology",Jianpi Qinghua Sanyu Decoction combined with Baduanjin can significantly alleviate symptoms of appetite loss,epigastric pain and fullness,improve gastroscopic conditions of gastric mucosa,and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors in gastric mucosa in patients with spleen deficiency,damp-heat,and blood stasis type erosive gastritis.关键词
