颈段夹脊穴温针灸联合耳穴贴压治疗颈肩背部肌筋膜疼痛综合征的效果观察
Observation on the Effect of Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion at Cervical Jiaji Point Combined with Auricular Point Pressure in Treating Myofascial Pain Syndrome of the Neck,Shoulders,and Back

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion at cervical Jiaji point combined with auricular point pressure in the treatment of myofascial pain syndrome(MPS)in neck,shoulder,and back.Method:A total of 88 patients with MPS in the neck,shoulder,and back of Ganzhou People's Hospital from September 2021 to March 2024 were randomly divided into two groups,with 44 patients in each group.The control group received routine treatment(Celecoxib),while the study group received warm acupuncture and moxibustion at cervical Jiaji point combined with auricular point pressure on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,pain level before and after intervention,neck mobility,and serum biochemical indicators[norepinephrine(NE),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)]levels in two groups were counted.Result:The total effective rate of the study group(90.91%)was higher than that(75.00%)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS),pain rating index(PRI),and present pain intensity(PPI)in both groups decreased compared to those before intervention,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After intervention,the degree of neck rotation,neck lateral flexion,neck extension,and neck forward flexion in both groups increased compared to those before intervention,and those in the study group were greater than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After intervention,the serum levels of NE and 5-HT in both groups decreased compared to those before intervention,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention with warm acupuncture and moxibustion at cervical Jiaji point combined with auricular point pressure for MPS in the neck,shoulders,and back can effectively relieve pain,increase neck mobility,reduce NE and 5-HT levels,and enhance the overall treatment effect.关键词
