Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Huachansu Capsules combined with Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate on patients with liver cancer.Method:A total of 84 patients with liver cancer admitted to Pingxiang Second People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 42 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate,and the observation group was treated with Huachansu Capsules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,hepatitis B virus gene(HBV-DNA),liver function indexes[alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),glutamyltransferase(GGT)]and the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the HBV-DNA level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the scores of liver pain,fatigue,low eating and liver enlargement were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of ALT,AST and GGT were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Huachansu Capsules combined with Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate has a good effect in the treatment of liver cancer patients,which can not only alleviate clinical symptoms,promote the improvement of liver function,reduce the level of HBV-DNA,and do not increase adverse reactions.关键词
