中频脉冲治疗联合护理干预在膝关节骨关节炎患者中的应用效果
Application Effect of Medium Frequency Pulse Therapy Combined with Nursing Intervention in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of medium frequency pulse combined with nursing intervention in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Method:A total of 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to Jiujiang NO.1 People's Hospital from July 2023 to December 2024 were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were injected with Medical Chitosan in joint cavity,the control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group was treated with medium frequency pulse intervention on the basis of the control group.The degree of knee pain,knee function,knee motion and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in visual analogue scale(VAS),Lequesne index,knee motion and quality of life scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).VAS and Lequesne index scores of both groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention,knee motion were greater than those before intervention,and quality of life scores were higher than those before intervention,and VAS and Lequesne index scores of the experimental group after intervention were lower than those of the control group,knee motion were greater than those of the control group,and quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of medium frequency pulse combined with nursing intervention in patients with knee osteoarthritis is beneficial to alleviate the degree of joint pain,improve the knee function and knee motion,and improve the quality of life.关键词
