摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of phased narrative therapy based on Cox concept on the self-management level of gastric cancer patients.Method:A total of 92 patients with gastric cancer who received surgery and hospitalization in the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention program, and the study group was given phased narrative therapy based on Cox concept. The self management behavior scale(SMBS),herth hope index(HHI),burden scale for family caregivers(BSFC)and quality of life scores of the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Result:Before intervention, there were no significant differences in SMBS,HHI,BSFC and quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention, the scores of all dimensions of SMBS and HHI in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the scores of all dimensions of BSFC in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, scores of all dimensions of the quality of life of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The phased narrative therapy based on Cox concept can improve the self-management level of gastric cancer patients, improve the mental health status and quality of life of patients, and significantly reduce the family burden of patients, which has a good clinical application prospect.关键词
