Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of hierarchical psychological care combined with five-elements music on perioperative psychological anxiety of women undergoing cesarean section.Method:A total of 80 eligible women with cesarean section who were admitted to Shangrao Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups(n=40),in which the control group was treated with conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with hierarchical psychological care combined with five-element music intervention.The anxiety,sleep quality,recovery and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated.Result:After intervention,the anxiety mood score and sleep quality score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of hierarchical psychological care combined with five-element music in cesarean section women can improve psychological anxiety,improve sleep quality,shorten hospital stay,and improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
