摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of psychological nursing based on the concept of time-sensitive motivation combined with respiratory rehabilitation nursing on the lung function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:A total of 80 eligible COPD patients admitted to Shangrao People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases were treated with routine nursing as the control group, and 40 cases were treated with psychological nursing based on the concept of time-sensitive motivation combined with respiratory rehabilitation nursing as the observation group.Lung function, psychological state,self-management ability and nursing satisfaction were evaluated before and after 1 month of intervention in the two groups.Result:After intervention, the pulmonary function indexes[forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),percentage of FEV1 to predicted value(FEV1%pred)]of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the psychological state[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)]scores of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the self-management ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of psychological nursing based on the concept of time-sensitive motivation combined with respiratory rehabilitation nursing for patients with COPD can improve lung function, alleviate their adverse psychology, improve patients'self-management ability, improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
