Application Value of Three Indexes of Gastric Function and CA72-4 in the Screening of Gastric Lesions in Hp Positive Physical Examination Subjects

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value of three indexes of gastric function and carbohydrate antigen 72-4(CA72-4)in the screening of gastric lesions in Helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive physical examination subjects.Method:A total of 130 patients who underwent gastroscopy in the First People's Hospital of Fuzhou from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects.Hp examination was performed on all enrolled patients.Patients were divided into observation group(n=60,Hp positive)and control group(n=70,Hp negative)according to the Hp examination results.Patients in observation group were divided into gastric disease group(n=20)and non-gastric disease group(n=40)according to the presence of gastric lesions.The levels of gastrin-17(G-17),pepsinogen(PG)Ⅰ,PGⅡ and CA72-4 were compared between the observation group and the control group,and between the gastric disease group and the non-gastric disease group.Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between Hp positive and three indexes of gastric function and CA72-4,and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of three indexes of gastric function and CA72-4 in HP positive subjects with gastric lesions.Result:G-17,CA72-4 and PGⅡ in observation group were higher than those in control group,PGⅠ was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).G-17 and CA72-4 in gastric disease group were higher than those in non-gastric disease group,and PGⅠ was lower than that in non-gastric disease group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in PGⅡ between the two groups(P>0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that Hp positive was positively correlated with G-17,CA72-4 and PGⅡ,and negatively correlated with PGⅠ(P<0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)of the combined diagnosis of G-17,PGⅠand CA72-4 was 0.961,the sensitivity was 90.00%,and the specificity was 97.50%(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a correlation between Hp positive and three indexes of gastric function and CA72-4.The combination of G-17,PGⅠand CA72-4 has good efficacy in diagnosing gastric lesions in Hp positive subjects.关键词
