雷火灸结合神经触激术治疗梨状肌综合征的临床效果及对神经传导的影响
Clinical Effect of Thunder-fire Moxibustion Combined with Nerve Stimulation in the Treatment of Piriformis Syndrome and Influence on Nerve Conduction

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with nerve stimulation in the treatment of piriformis syndrome and its influence on nerve conduction.Method:A total of 100 patients with piriformis syndrome admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nerve stimulation,and the observation group was treated with thunder-fire moxibustion combined with nerve stimulation.The total effective rate,pain degree,Oswestry disability index and nerve conduction status(common peroneal nerve conduction velocity,common peroneal nerve conduction latency and CMAP amplitude)were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the composition of pain degree,Oswestry disability index and nerve conduction status between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 course and 2 courses of treatment,the composition of pain degree of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the scores of Oswestry disability index were lower than those of the control group,the common peroneal nerve conduction velocity were higher than those of the control group,CMAP amplitude were higher than those of the control group,and the common peroneal nerve conduction latency were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with nerve stimulation in the treatment of piriformis syndrome is good,which can effectively control the discomfort and improve the functional state,it also has a good effect on improving the nerve conduction,and has high application value in the patients with piriformis syndrome.关键词
